Holy Mountain is a new packaged food production facility in the heart of Denver, combining a from scratch tortilla production floor with office, test kitchen, and commissary space, plus a food truck and small cafe serving coffee and tacos. Tweed Studio is providing full architectural services from pre-design through construction administration, developing a design that's spartan but Instagrammable, eclectic with a futuristic edge, full of plants and good energy.
