PROJECT PLANNING
We listen, learn, and propose. We help people develop a structure for the building project they might take on. We understand project finance, navigating the decision making process, and can follow a project through its construction.
The type of project that we know best: architecture projects ranging from $100,000 to $20M in and around Denver, Colorado.
ARCHITECTURE
We make contemporary spaces that feel good to be in. We renovate existing buildings and design them from the ground-up. We work with spaces of all scales - from rooms to buildings, commercial to residential.
We coordinate other services. This includes work with civil, structural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineers, landscape architects, acousticians, and many others. We’ll help you procure a general contractor. We know construction and will follow the project through its entirety to completion.
INTERIORS, ART INSTALLATION, LANDSCAPE, …
We provide projects that are or contain interiors, art and landscapes. We like to make spaces that feel comfortable and are beautiful. We think about light, textures and energy. Our projects often include things that may be considered additional services. We include these projects as stand alone services or within the frame of an architecture project.
