Milehimodern LOHI is a real estate office that serves to showcase the companies properties. The space was designed to market the company’s artistic value and serve as a working space for its agents and clients. The concept was to blur the line between art gallery, to display a rotating local art collection, and a functional office. Keeping the space open and flexible allows for larger groups and events to take place while also curated enough to feel warm and welcoming for the one-on-one meetings. The project was featured in Modern in Denver and was part of Denver Design Week.
