ON THE BOARDS

Since starting our firm in June of 2022 we have been busy producing work for our wonderful clients. Below is a snapshot of what we’ve been up to. We have done many other smaller projects not shown as well. We have helped a child care center get their license, a homeowner with a troubled renovation, another designer to help complete their project, and a pizza place open their doors.

CALL YOUR MOTHER

Tennyson Location.

This is the first of several locations we’ve teamed up with Call Your Mother Deli from Washington, D.C. to create their new Denver, Colorado locations. The scope of work for the Tennyson location includes a full tenant retail and pastry kitchen build out. The project is complete and open for business. Final photography coming soon.

LAVENDER COFFEE

This project is for the build-out of a small coffee and retail shop for the brand Lavender Coffee. The shop will be filled with natural light and will have a delightful, relaxed and sophisticated feel. This project is currently under construction.

BARN RENOVATION

This project is the renovation of an existing barn structure located in Summit County. The goal of the project is to transform the exterior of the existing structure to aesthetically fit in better with the recently renovated adjacent residence. The scope of work includes a completely new skin/shell/enclosure and the addition of a partial mezzanine level. This project is currently in the design engineering phase.
